Message 1

DEAR EMPLOYER, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PFCODE12345678, XYZ SCHOOL, HAS FAILED TO REMIT DUES SINCE COVERAGE, PLEASE MAKE THE ECR PAYMENTS AT THE EARLIEST TO AVOID further PENAL DAMAGES AND INTEREST. PLEASE IGNORE IF ALREADY PAID – EPFO

Resolution:

Case 1: If the employer has already made the payment, please ignore.
Case 2: If the employer has not made any payment, relevant payment needs to be made and the same needs to be communicated to EPFO.

DEAR EMPLOYER, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PFCODE12345678, XYZ SCHOOL, HAS FAILED TO CORRECTLY PAY BOTH EMPLOYEES SHARE AND EMPLOYERS SHARE IN ECR FOR 1 EMPLOYEES. IT IS REQUESTED TO FILE CORRECT ECR FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WITH REMAINING SHARE OF CONTRIBUTION IMMEDIATELY. –EPFO

Resolution:

Case 1: The employer needs to check the ECR and in case there is no error, the employer needs to communicate the same to EPFO.
Case 2: The employer needs to check the ECR and in case of mis-match, the same has to be rectified and communicated to EPFO.

DEAR EMPLOYER, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PFCODE12345678, XYZ SCHOOL, HAS NEITHER FILED ECR NOR MARKED DATE OF EXIT FOR XX EMPLOYEES. IT IS REQUESTED TO FILE CORRECT ECR FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND TIMELY MARK DOE OF ALL EXITED EMPLOYEES. –EPFO

Resolution:

Case 1: The employer needs to check the ECR. In case date of exit has not been marked for 4 employees, the same needs to be done of EPF portal and communicated to the EPFO.
Case 2: The employer needs to check the ECR. In case there is a mis-match in the data of the date of exit has not been marked for XX employees, the same needs to be done of EPF portal and communicated to the EPFO
