Job Title: Payroll Executive

Job Description:

SGC Management Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage our payroll processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, income tax).
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
