Citation: Chhattisgarh Act No. 11 of 2026; assented by Governor 27.12.2025, President 29.06.2026; gazetted 08.07.2026; amends the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (No. 21 of 2018).
Commencement: From the date of gazette publication, i.e. 08.07.2026.
