Submission of Annual Report under PoSH Act – Gurugram

The District Officer of Gurugram, through notification dated 4.11.2024, has announced that under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, every organizations must file their annual report of the given calendar year by February 28th of each succeeding year. Please ensure to comply with the same, failing which penalty of INR 50,000 shall be imposed for non-compliance. The annual report for Gurugram is filed online through the checklist, as circulated by the government from time to time.
