EPFO: Revision of rate of damages

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has recently revised the rate of damages. The date of effect is 14th June, 2024. The new recovery damages from the employer will be at the rate of one percent (1%) of the arrears of contribution per month.
