Amendment in Kerala Labour Walefare Fund Rules

The Kerala Government introduced amendments to the Kerala Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2024 on October 1, 2024. These changes update the original rules by incorporating online payment methods and electronic fund transfers into Rule 10 and Rule 11.

As a result of these amendments, beneficiaries will now receive payments through NEFT or similar systems, allowing for greater convenience.

Additionally, records can be maintained or submitted either manually or online, significantly improving efficiency in the process.
