Amendment in Karnataka Professional Tax (April, 2025)

The Karnataka Tax on Profession, Trades, Callings, and Employments (Amendment) Act, 2025 has announced changes in the professional tax slab for salaried employees.

Date of Applicability: 1st April, 2025

• Applicable to employees earning INR 25,000 per month or more.
• For all months (except February): INR 200 per month
• For February: INR 300 per month
