ESIC has rolled back its earlier Circular about the applicability of CoSS,2020.

We understand from the aforesaid circular that the existing Wage Structure will be continued as the Central Rules & Regulations are yet to be notified under Code on Social Security,2020, and further compliances will be done in accordance with the notified Rules & Regulations in the matter.
