Display of extract of Form 5A: EPFO

In accordance with the EPFO circular dated October 7, 2025, employers of establishments covered under the Employees Provident Funds Act are required to prominently display the extract of Form 5A either at the entrance of their establishment or on their website and mobile application. The extract should include the following details:
- EPF Code
- Registered Name
- Date of Coverage
- Number of Branches and Primary Branch Address
- Regional Office
Compliance with this directive must be achieved within 15 days from the date of the order. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
