Uttarakhand has fixed VDA at a flat ₹634 for every category of worker in 57 scheduled employments, for 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
- Order: issued in pursuance of Government Order No. 460(1)/VIII-1/2026-228(Shram) 2001 dated 22 April 2026, under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Labour Commissioner Prakash Chandra Dumka circulated it from Haldwani under endorsement No. 3259/4-01/2024 dated 14 October 2026.
- Date of Notification: 14th October, 2026
- Date of Applicability: 1st October, 2026 to 31st March, 2027
- Scope: the same ₹634 applies to all 57 employments. They include shops and commercial establishments, construction, hotels and restaurants, private schools and coaching institutes, engineering units with fewer than 50 workers, and all registered factories not covered elsewhere.
The revised wages are as follows:
