It provides for withdrawal of criminal cases against Insured Persons and employers, and settlement of cases filed by employers under Sections 75 and 82 of the ESI Act, 1948.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Original period:<\/strong> 01.10.2025 to 30.09.2026.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reason for extension:<\/strong> Representations from various stakeholders seeking more time; approved by the Competent Authority.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Directions to field offices:<\/strong> Ensure wide publicity (starting with press releases in local dailies) and inform Regional Boards, Local Committees, workers\u2019 unions and employers\u2019 associations to maximise participation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Issued by:<\/strong> Ashish Dixit, Asstt.
