Earlier, establishments had to register separately under both the Shop &amp; Establishment Act and the OSH Code \u2014 creating redundancy. This notification streamlines the process.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"important-condition-to-note\" class=\"font-editorial font-bold mb-2 mt-4 [.has-inline-images_&amp;]:clear-end text-base first:mt-0\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important Condition to Note<\/h3>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exemption is\u00a0<strong>not a blanket relief<\/strong>\u00a0from the Haryana Shop &amp; Establishments Act, 1958.
